What I collect, why, and what I never do with it. Last updated October 2026.
What I collect
When you contact me or fill out the intake form, I collect what you give me: your name, business name, contact details, and whatever you tell me about your business — services, prices, photos. That's it. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no mailing lists.
Why I collect it
To reply to you and to build your website. Your business information goes on your website — that's the point. Nothing else happens with it.
Where it lives
Form submissions come to me by email. Files you share are stored securely and used only for your project. If you pay the deposit, the payment is processed by Square — I never see or store your card details.
What I never do
I don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone — except where the work itself requires it, and only things you've asked me to do (for example, registering your domain in your name with a domain registrar, or setting up your Google Business Profile).
Your rights
You're in Canada, so PIPEDA applies: you can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email support@647webstudio.com and I'll sort it out.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies. The theme toggle remembers your light/dark choice in your own browser — that's the only thing stored, and it never leaves your device.
Questions
Email support@647webstudio.com — a human (me) replies, usually within one business day.
