Terms, plainly.

The deal

I build you a complete custom website for the agreed price — $199, or $149 launch pricing while it lasts. A $50 deposit starts your 48-hour build; the rest is due when the site goes live.

The 48-hour guarantee

If your site isn't live within 48 hours of your deposit, your $50 deposit comes straight back — no questions, no hard feelings.

What you do

Fill out the intake form (about 20–30 minutes; skip what doesn't apply). Verify your Google Business Profile yourself when Google asks — usually a quick phone call or postcard code. That's the whole list. No logins, no homework.

Revisions

One full revision round is included before launch. Small tweaks in the first 30 days are on me. After that, the Care Plan ($29/month, cancellable anytime) covers ongoing updates — or I do one-off changes at a fair rate we agree on upfront.

You own everything

The domain is registered in your name and all content is yours. If you ever want to leave, everything comes with you. I don't hold your business hostage.

Domain renewals

Your domain's first year is included. From year two, the annual renewal (usually ~$16 after taxes, varies by ending) is yours.

Square, if you use it

If I set up Square booking on your site, you create your own free Square account. Square's own processing fees (about 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) apply and go to Square, not me.

The fine print that's actually fine

I'm a one-person studio in Brampton, Ontario, and these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. If something goes wrong, email me first — I'd rather fix it than argue about it: support@647webstudio.com.
